SHIPPING POLICY 



Our Shipping Methods

After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via one of the following carriers and methods. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Order Processing

To help you plan when to expect your order, you'll find an estimated lead-time listed in the product details for each item. The ship date is calculated based on any possible sizing and or diamond setting that may need to take place. All orders will be sent upon fulfillment. APO/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

In an effort to help protect our customers against fraud, we will not ship any order over $500 to an alternate address. If you wish to ship to an alternate address you will need to call your credit card company and add the alternate address to your account. We can also arrange for you to pick up your order at a local UPS office as well. In order for us to expedite these requests you will first need to call 858-909-8224 and we will be glad to assist you.

Delivery Details

The delivery charge, if any, is determined by the price of your order (before tax). You'll find the delivery methods, and any applicable delivery charges, on the Shipping Information page within the shopping cart.

Shipping options

All orders are insured and shipped UPS unless otherwise specified.

Following shipment, orders arrive in one or two business days (Monday through Friday).
Incendia Diamonds will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
All orders will require a signature at time of delivery.

Incendia Diamonds will ship any order under $5,000 to an APO / FPO address. Incendia Diamonds ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail and guarantees your package will arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO processing center within approximately 2-5 days. Once delivered to the APO/FPO processing center, insurance coverage ends and Incendia Diamonds is no longer responsible for delivery. We would depend on the military postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. If you are already familiar with sending packages to APO & FPO addresses, you can probably expect your Incendia Diamonds order to arrive in about the same amount of time.

International Shipping

We only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Incendia Diamonds does not ship internationally at this point. We will keep you posted as to when we will be offering this service.



30-DAY RETURN POLICY 



Rest assured that you will have peace of mind with every Incendia Diamonds purchase. We offer a 30-Day Return Policy & Money Back Guarantee. To return your item and receive a full refund, simply comply with our policy as outlined below. 

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and comply with our return policy. Back order items may be returned up to 14 days after customer receipt, but otherwise comply with our return policy.
 

Our Return Process


Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Custom jewelry, special order items, and engraved jewelry items may not be returned. Returns with no Incendia Diamonds return code, or packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise. Returns must be in original package and in NEW, saleable condition. 

How To Prepare A Return


To return a jewelry item to Incendia Diamonds, follow our three step process:

Call For Return Authorization Code


Call 858-909-8224 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code.  Write this code on the bottom of your original Invoice / Packing Slip.  Also, write this code on the outside of the box you are returning.

 

Package Your Return


Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Incendia Diamonds anywhere on the outside of the box. 

Insure Your Package


On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* 

More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Incendia Diamonds.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.) 

More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. Please contact an Incendia Diamonds Fine Jewelry Consultant to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.
